A monstrous battle unfolds day and night between men who consume sexuality indiscriminately and women who wield sex as a weapon. Those caught in the crossfire become new monsters in order to heal their wounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artist Statement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I create sculptures by intentionally mixing forms from different contexts such as the body, religion, and everyday objects, so that misrecognition and association cause them to shift into other meanings.
