Within our social norms and expectations, when we are unable to fit into such standards, we are labeled to be incomprehensible monsters. When we are \u201cdissatisfactory\u201d, we are conditioned that we must adjust ourselves for the better. These such ideas come from our fear of the unknown and us not wanting to accept our such fears and weaknesses. However, when standards change, though we may be the majority in one given platform, we will be monsters in the other. 
Monsters are I believe not creatures that unconditionally fall from the sky but instead, us individuals\u2019 artificial creations. 
By visualizing our weaknesses and yet still making them disconnected from us, it may be an attempt of self defense. However, from such disconnection, it is only making us alienate ourselves and our weaknesses. Such abandoned monsters only roam to create more of their kind. Maybe it is better to think of our weakness as our charm and see monsters as a part of us, as human beings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
